8 Line Supply Repair Process

Whether one of your top-performing Cherry Master games is malfunctioning or you have a stack of Pot-O-Gold games that needs fixing, the skilled technicians at 8 Line Supply can diagnose and repair nearly any problem.

Repair Process:

1. Ship your game board(s) to 8 Line Supply. Complete and include the repair form.
2. An 8 Line Supply technician will diagnose the problem will contact you for approval if the repair costs will exceed half the retail value of the game board.
3. The repair is completed and your board is fully-tested.
4. You will be contacted for payment and your board will be shipped back to you.

Once repaired, your game board is placed under a 30-day warranty by 8 Line Supply.

General Repair Rates*:

(Rates vary based on the complexity of the problem or the cost of parts)

• Pot-O-Gold / Gold Touch / Southern Gold Multi-Games – $125 to $250
• Cherry Master / 8 Liner CGA resolution – $75 – $100
• Cherry Master / 8 Liner VGA resolution – $100 to $200

*Repair rates are based on average repairs. Rates may vary. If you send us a game board, but decide you do not want us to repair it, there is a $10.00 Fee for diagnostic testing.*
